I bought this in January and it broke a few days ago. I had to stop because smoke was coming out of the deflectors. I thought my car was on fire so I opened the hood and the generator smoked. I checked everything, the generator is dead. I emailed DB and got nothing back. Good 1 year guarantee CAUTION.

I have to sand the underside of the alternator where the alternator bracket attaches because the washer that came with the product was a bit wide or wouldn't fit my '96 Honda Civic. Dx 4 door and now it works and my excitement doesn't let up one bit but who knows how long it will last but thanks anyway to the manufacturer 👍👍👍👍👍. It fits, so it's more of an OEM part from LoL.
