I have bought 3 starters from DB and they are far superior in quality and performance to the local parts stores! + from friends who bought them too!

This starter is only originally screwed on and seems to have more power than its predecessor. My car starts much faster than with the previous starter even when it was new. Great price too.

The starter motor died a few months after purchase. Tried to replace seller's warranty as per policy but received no response. Take the hard route and buy from another seller.

Supplied ready to install. Installation was easy. Removed the old starter, saved and reused the gasket, installed in about 30 minutes. Note. My car used E-12 Star bolts, don't try to use a regular bolt head, you can round the bolt head, get the right one, which makes the job much easier.

Worked great, hooked straight into my old Jeep Wrangler and fired up right away, no problem! Solder on the solenoid where the relay wire goes. Luckily I had an old starter motor and replaced the solenoids. A solenoid has never failed.

I checked Amazon and found a new starter that was cheaper than I could have replaced locally and decided to give this one a try. It was only installed for a few days but works much better than what the local dealer had! I hope this continues.
