I love how easy it is for me as an employee, or even my manager if i'm not available at all times of day/night! The interface makes everything really simple & clear!! Everything that can be done with this software has been thought about before hand so there are no issues here :) It's very user friendly too - we have had zero problems since our implementation date back 2 years ago (which was also great). The best feature is that it integrates with our Salesforce system so we can have all of this information at once! I wish they had an easier way for employees, or even customers who are filling out surveys (via their mobile device) could see what other people were responding before submitting theirs - but thats pretty minor compared how great everything else works!! It is very easy for management of employee salary, it give full control over all employees work related activities; with proper configuration one can track each and every activity. I have not found any issues at this moment but if there are then i would definitely like them to be addressed as soon as possible.
