Easy to use and makes tracking your customer experience simple

The best feature is that it integrates with our Salesforce system so we can have all of this information at once! I wish they had an easier way for employees, or even customers who are filling out surveys (via their mobile device) could see what other people were responding before submitting theirs - but thats pretty minor compared how great everything else works!! Make sure everyone has access too as otherwise its not very useful until each person gets trained up by someone from HR etc- which takes time unfortunately.- This software solves one problem i was having when trying track employee reviews & feedbacks about my brand through social media sites such us facebook/twitter without using multiple tools like Hootsuite'or BufferAppetc..
