Multiple layers required

No offense to the seller but this item is terrible. I always use FolkArt Plaid acrylic paint and I can finish all my projects with ONE coat. This brand required me to apply three coats and my large jobs took forever. I also went out in the middle of my final project. No bueno.

My favorite black background for spot painting canvas.

I thought it was a background on a dot painting canvas. I really like the even coverage without streaks. I like that it doesn't bleed across the canvas like some similar colors do. The shine is beautiful. Not too shiny but nice shine. Very easy to use. It also goes well with my other acrylic paints. Also works well on canvas.

I love this product. Suitable for paint

I like this product. If you need to paint frames or anything else where you don't want to see brush marks, you need to use this. It lays down nicely, giving a matte stain. It covers bare wood completely and can therefore also be used as a paint. It's not what you imagine as a place where you can still see the pattern on the wood, it covers but doesn't end up looking like a thick coat of paint like acrylic paint does.

Pros
  • Painting, painting and art supplies
Cons
  • Obsolete model
