The pens work quite well and have a lot of ink, but the ink stops flowing after a while. I had to let them sit for a day or so before I could use them again. Not great if you're trying to complete a project in one day. Suggest buying more than 1 so you have a spare pen when one stops leaking.

The kids made my husband a whiskey glass for Father's Day. He liked the personal touch with all their names on his glass. I just baked at 350 for 20 minutes then turned off the oven and the marker stayed on the jar. I have washed glass in the dishwasher many times. Still dark like the first day. I love this stuff!

Unfortunately, this doesn't work with small pieces of glass. I made Christmas tree decorations out of stained glass and wrote '2017' with a pen. After soldering the parts, the lettering came off. I suspect that the high soldering temperature caused the paint to peel off. As soon as I hand washed the product, the color was washed off. This has happened to 7 parts so far.

UPDATE: Followed the instructions and the entire drawing washed out in one wash! Nice marker but I struggled to get the color to flow. He finished the task, but after two cups the paint ran out. The tip is out of order so I had to get creative to complete most of my project. Writing is not easy either. I'll use a different product next time, but my mugs (a gift from Star Trek) look pretty cute.

I bought a glass to write with and the liquid in the pen only drips onto the surface and doesn't stick for a second. I was able to wipe 100% of the ink off at once and nothing was left on the glass. A few more tries and nothing. I tried returning this pen and apparently they don't accept returns either. An absolute waste of money.

Works well, I've been looking for a gift pen like this and it does the job. It's easy to use, the tip is a little small and dries very quickly, but with a little soap and water you can fix the bug. Once you've drawn/written what you want, just leave it overnight, bake it the next day and you're done. It's held up great in the washing machine so far and I'm happy with it for the price I paid. My pen can smear the first time you use it so take a look and if you make a mistake it will come off…

My son wanted to make a mug for Dad for Father's Day. I researched how to do it and what to use (everyone seemed to have different ideals). Here's what we did that worked for us: We bought a glazed white mug from Goodwill. We washed with hot soapy water and rinsed well.
