This was the perfect transition for my daughter from the Magic Merlin Sleep Suit. I think because it's quilted, it's cozier, so it was an easy transition for her. The buttons on the shoulders are great although we usually have them buttoned up but I think as she gets older it will be easier to get on and off with the buttons. I love that the zipper is top to bottom so she doesn't lean on it when she turns on her stomach. Washes and dries very well too.

I bought this sleeping bag 3 years ago and two babies use it every day. The zipper is definitely durable and I love the fact that it closes top to bottom.
