My boys love these shirts. Super soft, comfortable, forgiving. I ordered three, then four more. won't be the last. Looks great on my skinny son and my muscular son. Even my hairy-chested son looks great in clothes two sizes too small for what he normally wears. The very small size fits best for my son who is 5ft 10" and 165lbs. Usually wears a small or medium size.

I usually choose an L finish or fitted size for most shirts, the XL size is perfect for this shirt. Good compression, armholes are snug on the biceps but not twisted over the shoulders. I use this as a base layer for ice hockey and it's perfect.

Love this new compression shirt, looks great! Fits well but I think I'm right between the sizes. I'm 6ft 195lbs and ordered a 2XL which fits great but the other compression shirt I ordered (from another company) has stretched over time and is a bit loose around the neck. I'm sticking with this one, but I've just ordered another Defender Compression Shirt in a different color in a size XL to see if it's too tight or just right. I really like the Defender compression shirts. I have a larger chest and I usually wear a medium sized shirt. The mid-compression shirt stretches for a snug yet comfortable fit. I've been wearing the same shirts for months and they show no signs of wear. The label suggests you should wash and dry it on very conservative settings; I completely ignore them and wash them on the usual settings I use for my gym clothes (hot/high temperature mostly) and haven't noticed any durability or fit issues.

These shirts are great if you are looking for a form fitting shirt but not if you are looking for compression shirts like underarms. I personally love how the shirts underneath the armor actually compress any flabby stomach you might have. These shirts just aren't right. For me they are not what I was looking for. They just aren't as stretchy as I expected when I read that they are compressed. I usually wear medium so I ordered a size small. I think the extra small size may have really given me
