🔧 Adjustable Corner Degree Clamps for Woodworking Review

Media could not be loaded. My husband is a carpenter and needed these brackets to make a wooden box game as well as handmade picture frames from the shed. He says they're a lot better than the metal brackets he's used before. They are adjustable and the springs are very smooth and easy to open and close. According to my husband they are all 5 stars, especially for the price!

I use these framing clips that I make for wood signs. They have a good grip and are easy to use. My biggest problem is that the corner piece moves (goes back and forth) when I try to pinch it. I also noticed that I have to make sure that the pieces of wood are pushed together (flush) after clamping. Made of durable plastic and seems to be holding up pretty well. The issues I'm having won't stop me from buying another set, which I might do soon.

These are not the easiest of clamps for one person to use. I'd need an extra pair of hands to line everything up and there's barely enough room for a 3/4 inch thick board. The pressure point is also on the slide mechanism, so it's quite difficult to line up the miters. Eventually I gave up and threw them in the trash. I would just buy a set of metal clamps with a screw lever to tighten if you want to mount something at an angle.
