Perfect to empty my pool. I almost spent $$$ on the big box store brand but decided to take a chance on this one. Great investment

Used to pump out 20,000 gal. In-ground swimming pool for pool remodelling. I connected to 2" drain hose with minor difficulty. Took several hours to drain pool. Handy little pump for any pool owner to have.

Old sump pump started to have an issue with its switch. Replaced with this unit, hookup to old piping was simple. The main sump drain line was 1-1/2”, which is the main connect for the pump. Cleared a full tank in a couple seconds and turned off as expected. Only concern in a small space like this is modify the switch to turn on the moment water displaces the float. I did this by using a couple zip ties without issue.

Bought it to empty our 20 ft swimming pool and it was going great until it reached ankle height which then it stopped.Doesn't work on low level water. Ended up using a fishtank pump for the remaining water. OVERALL OK but if you have low level water it will not work. Still happy with the purchase as it did empty most of it fast.

Did a great job draining our hot tub - however, I had to go to home depot to get a out flow hose as this pump does not come with one. Still worth 5 stars!

This pump works great foe out hot tub. Drains it very fast. I like the auto shut off so there is no need to snad around and watch it. I would recommend it. well packaged and fast ship.

I bought the DEKO 400W 1/2HP Sump pump a year ago and used it about 4 times before it stopped working. Took it apart, didn't see any any thing clogging the outlet. Impeller is seized.

First pump DOA and Best Buy quickly fixed that. Honestly I expect it at this price point and don’t mind. Great pump that outperforms a similar $120 Home Depot pump. Thank you for making such an affordable pump.

I am using this to pump water from a patio that ponds up water when it rains heavy. I buried a basin and put this pump in it. It is very quiet and pumps water fast. The design is such that it will allow large solids to pass through it - a must for me. It will draw the basin down to 3-4” before it starts sucking air, some may find this a drawback if you need it to pump out completely.

Better than I expected! I had a need to fulfill to bring water to 10 acres in the middle of the woods. This pump fit the bill! The price and the ease of use exceeded my expectations. I will buy another for more use.

It either came with a broken case or broke the first time i used it, not sure, however the bottom case plate is halfway broken off (very thin plastic), it is not crucial to operation but could restrict intake flow. Like so many products I buy today, I have to fix it before i can use it.

This pump does exactly what it is supposed to do, but mine only worked twice before it started tripping GFIs. I use this pump inside a rain barrel that is fed by a rear hose gutter. It pumps through 1.5inch PVC and a heavy duty Gorilla pool discharge hose. Quite a nifty setup, if you ask me. In any case, the GFI the pump was plugged into started tripping during the second rain. Changed the existing GFI to a new 20A unit, problem persisted. Switched to GFI on different circuit, but problem…

Stopped working after couple months. Float was also getting stuck all the time.not turning off when it should or on. Probably why it burnt out

Works fast, fits many hoses. I'm not sure why my review ratings were for "Value for the Money" (Five Star), "Sheerness" (? Whaaat?), and "Warmth" (? Again, Whaaat?) This pump is neither sheer nor warm, but it works great. better than a certain sites algorythm for appropriate survey questions. Just Sayin'
