Multiple displays issue

It seems that there are problems with the display of the laptop and two 22 on the screens. The desktop wallpaper disappears from time to time. The entire set has been updated.

Terrible Notebook Accessory

My Dell XPS laptop screen was turning on and off. I had to buy another model. I updated the firmware and everything but nothing helped. I had to go back. :(

Didn't fit me - Laptop Accessory

When we received it worked fine for about two days, but then it started causing severe screen flickering regardless of the output type (HDMI or DP) and after we checked that all software, bios, etc. are up to date . After doing some research, this is a common problem with this model. The supplied power adapter works, but is not from the same product family/year and has problems unplugging the cord and plug. While my cables are well hidden, this may be an issue for some. I ended up returning…

The products were not under warranty when they sold them to us. Either used or obsolete. Sold new.

In September 2019 we bought 2 laptops and 2 Dell Business Thunderbolt Dock TB16 with 240w adapter. Computers are fine. Both docking stations no longer work. One in May 2020 and one in June 2020. As they were bought 'new' they should still be under warranty. I called but couldn't reach anyone. I left a message a few days ago but didn't get a call back. I called Dell to get a replacement. According to Dell, the one-year warranty expired in May 2018. That was 1 year and 4 months before we bought…

Problem with multiple displays

Seems to be having trouble displaying a laptop and two 22 inch screens. One flashes approximately every 30 minutes. Desktop wallpaper disappears intermittently. The entire set has been updated.

Buggy, unreliable, total disaster

I bought two of these devices to use with my XPS13 to control external displays, connect a webcam and connect to an ethernet network. It won't work out of the box. After updating the firmware, both work, but are unreliable. USB3 cable connectors are unreliable and wear out quickly. They get very hot and will cause the computer to overheat. The network cable had to be unplugged to keep the screen from popping out etc. Long list of problems. I replaced them with the Totu equivalent, which works…
