This is my second purchase of this model. The first laptop was great, but this one blue screened twice in the month I had it. Both times the computer fixed itself, but a day or two after the second blue screen the monitor stopped working properly. There were vertical and horizontal lines, as well as curves. It looks like there was liquid behind the screen when I turned it off. Support online chat and call center said I dropped the screen and it was clearly cracked based on the photo I uploaded.
