Review on 💻 2021 Dell Inspiron 15 3000 Series 3501 Laptop: Intel i3-1115G4, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD, Windows 10 Home - Black by Jeremy Levendusky

My last two laptops were Dell owned and had been around for many years so I was very familiar with their products. This laptop had issues with freezing and freezing from the start, in addition to slow performance and surge noise. I ran the in-product virus scan and tweaks with no fixes (and no issues). I'm not a computer expert but I'm wondering if this was a refurbished or returned product. I did a fair test before contacting Revane. I am in the process of returning/refunding. The Revain representative was extremely helpful and the warranty agent (a warranty that I also purchased for the laptop as an add-on) also assured me that they would refund the money. I have to say that overall I was very impressed with Revain and the warranty company's customer service, but I would not recommend this model of laptop at all. I very rarely play on my laptop (I play Microsoft Solitaire and Mahjong once a day) and use my laptop mainly for email and chat and occasionally browsing websites that my good security program thinks are safe. I also use Office for spreadsheets and Microsoft Word for just a few emails. I knew it didn't have a touchscreen like my old laptop, and that's not a problem at all, but it's a problem where you can't get your task done without the computer "not responding" to commands. I hope this helps others and maybe I just got a lemon too?
