This touchscreen didn't have everything it needed.

I don't know where they came from, but not only were the cables missing that should have been included, but the cable covers on the back of the unit were missing on both units I ordered. Best buy next time!

Great monitor, seller sent wrong stand

The monitor is amazing. I like the touchscreen and it works great. I'm currently studying a physics class that requires a lot of equations and it's so easy to open OneNote and write whatever I need on the screen, save it as a PDF and just upload my work. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they sent me the wrong monitor stand. Extremely disappointed ☹️

Came in a regular box with lots of different packaging materials. It doesn't look like the picture in the description or the new one I bought next to it. Also, no cables or screws were included to assemble the (very shabby) stand. And to top it off, the screw holes on the stand don't match the bracket which makes me think it's the wrong stand as it doesn't match the stand on my other monitor of the same model either. This is obviously not factory refurbished and I'm wondering if a refund has…

Shipping must suck!

I really wanted to use this monitor. I started plugging it in, thinking the panel was all closed. I didn't know it was actually hacked. The monitor is completely broken and I had to turn my old monitor back on because I have a meeting in the morning. Christ! Find people who know how to handle packages marked "Fragile"!
