Review on 🖥️ Dell 23.8 Inch P2418HT Touch Monitor with Tilt Adjustment, USB Hub, Anti-Glare Coating, and Height Adjustment (Model: ‎P2418HT-Cr) by David Gonzalez

Came in a regular box with lots of different packaging materials. It doesn't look like the picture in the description or the new one I bought next to it. Also, no cables or screws were included to assemble the (very shabby) stand. And to top it off, the screw holes on the stand don't match the bracket which makes me think it's the wrong stand as it doesn't match the stand on my other monitor of the same model either. This is obviously not factory refurbished and I'm wondering if a refund has been forwarded to me.
