I've had the TV for about 5 months now. generally works fine. The problem occurs when I use Netflix and 4K. The TV tends to freeze and takes time to thaw. I don't know the real problem; I would guess it has something to do with his internal hard drive. Freezing occurs when trying to play a show or rewind a Netflix show. It's like I messed up the TV so it freezes until it figures out what to do next. The TV works great with Youtube and other apps.

As some reviewers have noted, the product description image shows 2 displayports, but if you do a little research, this image of the bottom of the monitor is actually a Dell UltraSharp 27 USB-C Monitor: U2719DC, which is a cheaper model and doesn't have the same resolution as the UltraSharp 27 4K USB-C monitor: U2720Q. 19DC can only play 2560x1440 at 60Hz while 20Q can only play 3840x2160. I'm a developer and need a second monitor for portrait mode. This works great and looks great. It serves as a docking hub and connects to my Macbook Pro, which also charges the computer, with a single USB-C cable. Ports are difficult to access in portrait mode, and the stand could have been a bit taller. for easier screen rotation, but these are minor complaints. All in all this is a fantastic monitor and I feel I have made a good purchase.

I've been using this monitor as a display for my Macbook Pro for a year. It has a crystal clear, very clear picture. I use it for school and work as well as light gaming and it works really well. This is highly recommended for the price. It costs money. I love that it charges my laptop using the display cable. It has thin bezels that blend seamlessly with the display. Slim and has good connectivity. Easy to assemble. 10/10

It is wonderful! I've been looking for something with Type-C so I can use it on my Macbook and Dell laptop and it does an excellent job at a 4K resolution and color scheme very similar to the Macbook screen. Also, the delivery to Egypt was faster than expected, about 5 business days. I am more than happy with this experience.

This is an excellent monitor. Unfortunately I don't know if 4k is worth it at this size as I'm still upscaling everything to my second 1080p monitor. In fact, using 4k resolution at 100% makes everything so small that I would recommend a larger monitor if you want to use 4k. This monitor works well with a 2020 Mac mini M1 when using USB-C (I haven't tried HDMI). It doesn't suffer from the display bug that other 4k/5k monitors with the current version of Big Sur on the market seem to have. These problems will be fixed, but why wait when you can buy a monitor that works right out of the box. My Spyder color calibrator made minor calibration changes right out of the box - so that's a good thing too.

The only reason I would give it 4.5 stars is because they don't have macOS software. So it's more of a Dell issue because the monitor itself is great. If you have a Mac - don't buy a 2k monitor - you'll be very annoyed at how blurry and pixelated the text is; Especially if you have a Retina display. I'm switching from two Apple Cinema displays to these two Dell monitors and to say it's an upgrade is an understatement. You look great. They have a very well adjustable stand. The buttons at the bottom of the screen are hard to see, so have a magnifying glass handy. Each connects to the new Mac Mini via separate USB-C cables. The monitor is very nice and clear. However, it has been almost 90 days since I bought this monitor and it is already having a screen issue. There is a vertical line of missing pixels. Therefore, a vertical bar always appears on the screen. Dell has responded quickly and is already shipping a replacement monitor, which is expected to arrive within two business days.
