Description of Delphi FG1202 Fuel Module

Delphi fuel modules and pumps are designed to deliver an immediate, uninterrupted flow of fuel to the engine's fuel rail and injectors at the specified system pressure, resulting in more efficient operation. Where required, fuel assemblies include integrated fuel level sensing components that deliver an accurate reading of the fuel level in the tank to the fuel gauge. Delphi fuel pump assemblies are built with OE-validated parts and include OEM-grade wiring, electrical connectors and level sensor assemblies that deliver increased performance, durability and reliability over other aftermarket fuel pumps.

Boosted My Car's Performance!

When I tried this fuel system part it was like a breath of fresh air for my automotive performance. My car's fuel delivery system used to cause a lot of trouble and required maintenance now and then, but since I installed this module, there's been a noticeable difference - it feels like my car was built for speed now..

Loud and not working! for fuel system

Replaced original pump at 100,000 in March 2018 due to starting problems (according to the service bulletin). The Delphi pump was noisy and was replaced under warranty within two weeks. The replacement was a little quieter, but the gauge didn't drop off evenly, going from 3/4 tank to 1/2 tank within 50 miles. Just got used to it. May 2020 the problem with the hard start is back. Operating fuel pressure is fine, but when the engine is shut off there can be a drop in fuel pressure of up to 10psi…
