🦋 970820710 Butterflies - Delta Creative Stencil Mania Stencil, 7 by 10-Inch Review

I renovated a dresser and drew butterflies on it. He did what he had to do. My only problem was keeping it down so the paint didn't bleed out of the stencil outline. This may be more of a user issue than a template issue. I liked that it had multiple options for butterflies.

Great stencils but usually Delta's fault they lay flat even when mounted vertically on the wall. Doesn't need to be lifted, so a good painting doesn't look messy, giving you a great finished project. Reusable so it can be used on a wooden box and then attached to your room wall or even cushion fabric. Great price here also highly recommend for others who want to create a great project.

Not nearly as good as advanced stencils! Martha Stewart is in second place. The big ones work better than the small ones. The smaller ones bleed, so be careful! I'll attach pictures of how they work and you'll see how bad the little ones are. I had to add the little details, and one of them came out really awful. Something reminds me of a starfish or a flying squirrel. By the way, the dragonflies belong to Martha Stewart.

Excellent stencils. The product is made of a kind of silicone, not paper, so it won't tear and can easily be used multiple times. Butterflies are beautiful and would make a great addition to any of your projects or existing products. I've used this product with both spray paints and regular brushes and both came out great. I have used them in my butterfly houses that I made for my wife and they turned out wonderful.

The wall stencils seemed too big for my nursery idea and these felt a bit small, but they were just right. I wanted to have some butterfly accents in the room, so I took my time with a very small brush, using tiny bits of color at a time, and I was able to replicate the pattern with little smearing or overlapping. Getting the paint off the stencils, especially the small holes in the pattern, wasn't the easiest of tasks, but not impossible.

To be honest for the price I paid for this and there were three in the pack how can this not be a fantastic purchase? The stencil is twice as thick as the Clear Scraps stencils, has more detail (you'll need to apply ink or paint to some of these holes with a small brush), and is strong enough to withstand a few washes with a rag. These checkered templates are one of your best bang for your buck. They look great if you're careful, and the detailing is just gorgeous. I use post-it or masking tape to keep them flat and not lift them up. I put a zip tie through the top to hold them together so I can hang them where I can easily see them in my workshop.
