Excellent speaker. Excellent seller.

Great speaker, especially when paired with a Denon subwoofer. The only problem is that the iOS app for the bar has an ultra sensitive volume control which I have yet to learn how to conveniently control.

Satisfied user: Soundbars

My first soundbar - great sound, complements DSW-1H subwoofer for 3.1 system. Expect an upgrade to the 5.1 system. I don't want as many parts as System 9.2.4. The limiting factor for this Denon soundbar system is the rudimentary Heos app for Android. Would I buy again - yes.

In combination with a subwoofer the sound is INCREDIBLE!

I really liked it as soon as I connected it. Setup is easy and doesn't take much time. The clarity itself is very, very good, but paired with a Denon subwoofer, watching The Avengers made me feel like I was sitting in a movie theater watching it in XD! worth your money.

Reliable performer with a big problem

The problem is the connection, when it's plugged in and working properly it's a big problem, it randomly disconnects which is so frustrating. it is paired with 7 and optimized. Denon really needs a big upgrade for its heos. The wait window is over, I'll see what Denon does and update

Denon is not a software company

I've had this system for a long time and I really wanted it to be a system I could brag about. It's not like this. I bought a soundbar and a wireless subwoofer. This is not a failure of the technology, but of the sound design. Its malfunction is related to the HEOS software that controls it. Without the software, the dynamics are just one giant building block. The software lacks an interface worthy of a premium sound system. It's not reliable and lacks real volume controls. Overpriced junk: Home Audio

Premium price, not quality! I bought the soundbar in February and it worked as advertised, although the customization options are very limited and the sound quality was decent but didn't blow me away. I decided to get a Denon wireless subwoofer and it went really quickly. The first mating attempt was a nightmare. I have my family room's 5.1 surround sound system with a Denon DHT-S716H soundbar, a DSW-1H subwoofer and 2 Heos 5 speakers for the left side and real surround sound. I also purchased a 32" tall Kanto speaker stand. Total system cost from Revain was $2,240.
