Great platform and service - especially helpful during COVID-19

I like that it gives me insight into my officers' schedules so they can be better prepared for upcoming events while also allowing them to plan ahead with their personal schedule as well! It's easy enough to use but sometimes you do have questions or need some clarification about something in particular; however, our support team is very responsive when we reach out via email or Twitter (or Facebook). Very useful resource if you work anywhere along side of human resources

The ability to track all deployments for our department with one tool is very helpful when trying to keep up-to date in regards to manpower needs as well as overall workloads across multiple departments within my agency. I have not found any downsides that are specific enough at this time but am looking forward to future updates from their team! We use it primarily to monitor deployment schedules so we can make sure there aren't gaps or overages between employees being deployed out into various

The customer support is amazing. I have never had such great help from anyone during my years at this software! This product has allowed me to be more productive with each hour that passes because it allows for easy access via any device or browser without needing an app available in store apps/app markets..
