Great for my application. Mounts under the bed of my truck and gets the job done. I don't think the thermostat was working so I just turned it on.

Highly recommended for anyone serious about towing. Just make sure you check the trans lines first to see what size you are.

Exactly what I wanted. Only downside was the temperature switch sucks. I couldn't seal the sensor well and it just leaked so I had to pull it out and just remove it. Then I lost a lot of fluid again! I only had to run the fan up to the switch.

This cooler cools gears that easily pull heavy loads. I had my Cummins loaded with a 12k trailer and a small skid steer loader (8k) and barely got 180* on a 75-80 degree day. Once the temp hit 180, the fan kicked in and dropped the temp to 160* with no issues. Excellent investment.

I installed this radiator on my 2002 Chevy Silverado Duramax, it was a bit difficult to install it instead of the original radiator. I did this but needed 5/8" compression fittings instead of the 1/2" that were sent. The good news is that the cooler works great, the gearbox temperature has dropped by 20-30 degrees. I always haul big 10,000 lb loads, RV's with trailers, lots of hay etc quite often. The radiator is well built and has 15 rows instead of the original 9. Uses a manual fan switch.
