Great Platform For Remote Design Work

The support team was really helpful in understanding my project needs & getting me started with their platform! I think they could have done more to help us understand pricing options for projects that are not standard templates - but still need branding work (like logo designs or color palettes). It would be nice if there were some examples of what we can expect from them as well so it makes sense when you're bidding against other freelancers who may offer similar packages at lower prices…

Excellent Communication With Amazing Customer Service

The ease of use and great customer service I receive from them. It is easy to create an account with their system and they are easily able to communicate any changes that need to be made. They have an excellent product for branding and creating logos. I would highly recommend them to other companies looking to start up or expand in this area. I believe their main problem is communication between each other due to differences in time zones. Having all communications in one place will help solve

  • Very responsive staff when needed which makes it even more enjoyable working together.!! :) Love how fast we can get our orders out there too :D Highly recommended!!!
