I bought these to use as a Christmas gift-wanted to frame a photo of my parents for my siblings. Thought they were a pretty good bargain and liked the look. I would not buy again. They seem sturdy, but-I bought the gray ones and there is black dust that comes off the frame all over my hand just from picking it up. The black dust gets onto the glass and makes it look dirty and dusty. My hands were completely black by the time I got a photo placed in it just from handling the frame. Can’t imagine

I purchased the four pack of 11 x 14 frames, and they are absolutely beautiful. I love them on my wall, they are super clean and sharp looking. I managed to knock one off the wall and break it, totally my fault but I could only find the four pack online. I emailed the seller to see if it was possible to purchase one individually, and they just mailed me a replacement. I have a lot of respect for a company with great products and even better customer service. I will definitely order from them…

I will be returning these. They were packaged beautifully but for what reason, I don't know. Besides the damage to the front of the frames.one is terrible, the other almost passable, if they were not planned to be used in a photography show, the backs are slightly warped and the Design Ovation brand sheets which normally would be what one would see under the glass, as in the Revain photo, were nowhere to be found. These frames had obviously been previously opened, repacked without those sheets…

I am pretty frustrated with these frames. The frames are great but come in different colors than ordered. I’m trying to do a picture wall and I order all walnut photo frames 2 sizes are correct walnut color the 3rd size is more like mocha, really dark. I reordered thinking that they just accidentally shipped the wrong ones. Nope, got mocha again. So weird. Now I get to repackage them and send back. I will probably have to send all back, small, medium, and large frames. Don’t know what else to…

These frames are perfect for the wonderful pictures we took this summer. We wanted a way to display the memories of our trip out west, and these frames were the perfect compliment to our prints. They are sturdy, exude warmth and, we felt, a good value for the money. I would definitely purchase them again!

This came wrapped and packaged nicely, but one thing to note is that it doesn't come with a picture string to hang the frame on. It does have hooks, but it's missing everything you need to hang it right away, so when buying make sure you have the string!

No damage to the box, no damage to the second frame. This occurred in the warehouse and was sent anyway. Now I can’t return it because it’s 2 days past 30 days. Very disappointed that someone would stand behind damage past that window.

These frames are surprisingly attractive and well-made for the money. I have bought several orders of these in different sizes.

I love these frames and they look great! Also cheaper than anywhere else in stores. Only downside is, you'll need to attached hooks for hanging. I bought some extra strength super glue and some grooved hooks from Home Depot, added them and let them dry for 48 hours before hanging.

The box was damaged and there was no bubble wrap around the inner box. One frame had the glass shattered. There's no way to get half a refund. I need the frame so I'm just going to replace the glass. They don't have more of this color so I can't get a replacement. First World Problems but what a waste of money.

Very pleased with the color of these frames. They arrived looking just as pictured. The matting is very nice. The packaging was incredibly secure and well protected. All four frames arrived in perfect condition. I saw other review mention that the color would come off of the wood, but I am not seeing that at all.

The frames themselves are really nice. But the flat medium brown wood frames (the pictures online looked beveled) with the white matting looked very modern to me. So I have to return them. But $50 for 4 frames is great!

These frames are lovely. I had a small concern which the seller resolved very quickly and easily. I would absolutely buy from this seller again.

Disliked that they were very plain & were not sanded. Beautifully crafted. Color is perfect and will go in our nursery nicely.. We used these to frame sketches my husband did of our 2 cats.

I ordered gray, and the picture advertised is gray, but it's pretty black in person.The box says "gray" so I know I didn't get sent black by mistake.So sad bc they are gorgeous quality frames but the color is badly misrepresented. I REALLY needed gray! Booooooo.

Packed nicely, easy open and close on the back, hooks for mounting portrait or landscape mode. You will need to provide picture wire for the hooks. I was very pleased with the overall look.

There were three bad spots in the frame that I had to fix myself before I could use the frames. The price is right, but since the frames are made in China, quality can be spotty.

Very nice frames but the manufacturer clearly forgot to stain the inside edge completely. Very easy to see if looking at the frame from an angle. May have to try using a brown marker, but really shouldn't need to do anything but insert a picture.

They are good quality and the color is perfect. I purchased navy prints and the frames go perfectly with them! Very pleased!
