As the insert says, it's light and converts into a vest. I would give 5 stars but the hood is not detachable. I think it would have been better without the hood but the price was good. I also wear it when it's warm to protect my skin from the sun while cycling. Overall happy with it.

As a cyclist I wasn't really looking for a hood or even detachable sleeves. My main question is why are the sleeves detachable but not the hood?

I wanted something that would allow the rider to see my running runner at dawn and it would help. It is very light and goes well with my sports jacket. I chose the large as I have long arms and it's a bit big, but I prefer it that way because I can wear another jacket underneath in colder weather.

The thing is tight, super tight. On obligatory Italian t-shirts. I'm medium height, athletic, I'm L. I chose L and I'm having a hard time putting it on, but it's really good. Super breathable, I ride in South Florida where it's hot and muggy, it's perfect without spending the money on a Rapha base layer. I am about to order a second one. Too bad there is no black or gray model.

Good for a lightweight windbreaker for cycling. It's nice that the sleeves are detachable and it's very compact (you can put it in your own pocket). The only downside is that it is a very light material. If it's very cold or raining you may need a thicker jacket, maybe a Gore-Tex. The Small for men was a little big and boxy for a medium-sized woman, but it beats it for the price and compact features.

I have just received this cycling jacket. I ordered a size up as I assumed I would wear it over fleece in the fall and winter. It's light enough to wear even in summer when it's not too hot. Wonderful product with zippers on pockets and back pocket. I highly recommend it to anyone for hikers, cyclists or joggers. It also has a hood. PERFECT

Definitely HIGH, ie I ordered a large, probably a size up. 5'8", 175 lbs. Replaces what was left of my 10 year old Performance windbreaker. Pros: The cuffs of the sleeves have a wide elasticated hem, meaning I don't have to stretch my arm in hopes of an (unfortunate) tear/tightness has to bend into a crumpled ball.
