Very Pleased With The Overall Functionality

I love how easy it is for me as an agent in charge or supervisor, that all my paperwork goes through one department instead if going directly into each individual agents file! It's very user friendly once we are logged onto our computer system at work (and have access). Sometimes there may be delays with logging information but other than this its great!! Great program overall & definitely worth using. If anyone has any questions just ask them anytime they're available via email which helps…
