Must have power and portability

This thing is amazing, good for hard to reach places. The emergency lock is perfect. The permanent handle is well positioned, the detachable arm is very sturdy. Don't be fooled by a few other bad reviews. This permanently replaces my wired Milwaukee Hawk of the same style. If this is your only 60v tool then you will need more than 1 battery. I drilled about 10 holes in 100 year old oak with a fairly boring 3 5/8 inch self-propelled hole saw and a fully charged battery. Tons of power despite…

Pros
  • Cordless drill has 2 adjustable speed ranges (0-300 / 0-1250rpm) to adjust speed with app
Cons
  • unreliable

Exactly what I was hoping for.

This thing is a monster. At first glance, an extremely hard mode that is ideal for the intended job. The more I use it, the more it impresses me. It doesn't spin as fast as the wired model, but it doesn't slow down at all under load. Result: I think it actually outperforms the traditional "Hole Hawg". I ordered one and gave it to one of my guys in the field. Based on the response, I immediately bought another pair and will be buying another pair soon. Get an extra battery and you'll pierce…

Pros
  • The DEWALT Perform and Protect range of power tools offer a high level of control, dust protection and low vibration levels without sacrificing performance.
Cons
  • Long delivery time

MY GOD! What is Power and Hand Tool Drill

A 2.4 volt screwdriver that cost more than this 3 decades ago Tool. A bit with little power and even less battery life. I've been using this drill for a few days and of all the tools I've ever bought this is the first with a real wow factor. I had a couple of stumps that were rock hard and was driving me nuts. While this wouldn't be a primary concern for a drill, I really wanted to test the strength and disable the feature if it ran into trouble. He is well armed with a 1" x 17" ship drill…

Pros
  • DEWALT drill has a 60V MAX* brushless motor for more power and run time
Cons
  • Some bugs
