The teeth weren't sharpened properly.

I had to return these blades; I installed one, the cuts it made left rough edges in the wood (end grain) that should be as smooth as a baby's bottom considering the 80 tooth blade. Also, the edge of the tree cut off by the teeth on the right side was almost always burned. I've always been impressed with Dewalt blades in the past, so I'm wondering if this is actually a Dewalt blade.

Blade disappointment

To be honest these are probably the worst replacement blades I have ever bought. The original with the saw easily lasted longer. The first one I put on in this package was bent and unbalanced so it wasn't in the picture. The second worked great for about a week and it just cuts a regular pine 3/4 board and a couple of 2x4s and now it's boring as everyone backs out. I will definitely not buy these again. Disappointed as this is a decent buy with a quality name.

They won't match Freud's cut quality, but they won't hit your wallet as badly either. They are more than enough for the vast majority of homeowner's projects and leave a MUCH better cut than the 24 or 32 tooth general purpose blade that comes with your saw. Your miters will be smooth and will fit nicely together (at least until…
