I bought this after seeing Honest Carpenter talk about it on YouTube. That's fine, but I don't see much value in it beyond what the standard hexadecimal bit expansion provides. The guide cup actually holds fasteners no better than using a solid magnetic bit (unless your fasteners are magnetic). The shell also doesn't function as a depth gauge and will obstruct your view... so be careful with your torque settings or you'll over-tighten the screw.

These are rails used to replace rails that failed during heavy use in building our new log home. We've already worn out 4 other rails by screwing in over 500 structural bolts and we have at least 1000 more to bolt to the floor system. The new one will most likely please you. The one I had before was exactly the same, just 10 years younger. Mounted exclusively on my impact wrench and used a lot, but I'm not a professional contractor. I like being able to "hold" the screw when starting. I once sustained a fairly serious injury that could have been prevented if I had used this.
