🔍 DWE64233 DEWALT 5-Inch 8-Hole Hook and Loop Sanding Pad for Sanders Review

I don't know if it's velcro or the grinding wheels themselves, but this product sucks. I've had two of these since Christmas, I replaced the last one last week and it's already throwing away the sanding discs and they won't stick to the pad. I think I need to stop buying Dewalt grinders which I buy about every 11 months. I think I'll have to buy a Makita.

My grinder was throwing discs and I'm so glad I bought this replacement. I've tried three random orbital sanders in the last year and the DeWalt has proven to be the most reliable. The only thing that's worn is the velcro, but it's as good as new with this replacement. Tip: Make sure that all screws are tight and level, otherwise the part will wobble.

This pad is a perfect match for my Dewalt DWE6423 grinder. Easy installation. Pros: Looks identical to the original panel. Cons: I've changed the sanding pad 3 times this year on my DWE6423 (about 75 sanding discs per pad). The Velcro wears out too quickly in my opinion. To be honest I only rate this product two stars for durability. However, my more positive four star rating is that the replacement is "just as good" as the original factory pad that came with the grinder.
