DEWALT Tool Tough Medium DWAN2190 Review

I use two of these Tough Case+ cases to keep all relevant driver beats and beat ready beats separate. I also like the transparent lid so I can really see what's in the bag. The tab at the top comes in handy when storing it on a perforated board, etc. I will almost certainly be buying two more for spade/flat and twist drills.

I will use this box for drill bits and screws. However, due to the flexibility of the built-in dividers, it can be used to store many things. Internal dimensions 7-1/2" x 5-15/16". The bottom is about 3/4" deep, although the top sticks out so 1-1/8" thick items should fit with the lid closed. The lid has no seal and is therefore not waterproof. It looks pretty solid and has clips on both sides.

I know a lot of tool companies make lock boxes for tools and accessories, but I like the DeWalt the best. Maybe it's a nice yellow color!?!? I now have several pairs of these in different sizes to store drill bits, screwdrivers, extension cords and the like. They all connect together so I can keep my tool bag organized and I only have to pull out one main case to get my hands on everything. Saves seconds I know, but I still like it. As my toolbox expands I will certainly be using DeWalt storage

I have 32 pcs. RAPID LOAD® set with ToughCase®+ for my Dewalt hammer/screwdriver set but then I added a DEWALT MAXFIT rectangular magnetic bit and I didn't have room in the case so I spent $7 plus tax on this little case and it works great. I wanted a storage box that wouldn't be too difficult to fill because of the arthritis in my hands. It has become a great little box that is just right for this purpose. I have one for screws, one for nails, one for knives and sharps, and one for other things. tools that go with it. I'm very happy with the goal.
