Fake Diseal Tape best in Packing Tape

I noticed the tape was a little different than what I expected, but this morning I was in a hurry to start work on my trailer roof. It wasn't until I opened the next box and read the text on the packaging that I realized it was HVAC tape and not a Dicor product. Beyond pissed would sum up my review of this product.

Pros
  • Durable Finish
Cons
  • Damaged

Repaired my roof quickly and easily!

A branch tore a small hole in our TPO roof. This patch fixed it perfectly. I also used Dicor's Self Leveling Lap Sealant to coat the edges to make it fully weatherproof. The patch was easy to use. Be sure to clean the area before applying the patch and place it exactly where it should be the first time. Care must be taken to ensure that no air bubbles remain.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Doubtful

Okay, but just buy a roll of EternaBond

If you have an RV you might want to consider buying a whole roll of Eternabond instead of that little patch. $56 gives you 2400 square inches versus 36 square inches. for this patch. Basically you're looking at 2 cents per square inch versus 55 cents per square inch for this patch. This will take a long time.

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • Big and Bulky
