Description of Digital electronic temperature controller / thermostat W1209 with sealed sensor 12V 10A (U)
The programmable thermostat W1209 is designed to control the temperature in the range from -50 to +100 degrees. It is equipped with a 3-character LED display, a relay on indicator, three buttons for controlling an electronic temperature controller, a connector for connecting an external temperature sensor, terminals “K0/K1” for connecting a load and “+12V/GND” for powering the thermostat board. The display shows the current measured temperature from the sensor, "LL" if the sensor is not connected, and "HH" if the temperature is out of range.
Scope: for incubators, aquariums, refrigerators, freezers, gas, diesel and electric boilers, heated floors, for pumps, beehives, rooms and devices where it is necessary to maintain a certain set temperature.
Temperature range: from -50 to +110, deg. Celsius Measurement accuracy: 0.1 deg. Celsius Update rate: 500 ms Supply voltage: DC 12V Static current: < 35 mA Working current < 65 mA Maximum relay output voltage: 220V Maximum relay current: 10A mm * 40 mm Thermostat settings (W1209) To enter the setting mode, hold down the "SET" button for 5 seconds, then use the "+" or "-" button to select the menu to be changed (P0 . . . P6). To enter and exit the menu, you need to press the SET button once.PO - Thermostat operation modeIn this section of the menu, the operation mode is set to C - cooling or H - heating, when mode C is selected, the relay will work when the temperature drops to the set value. If mode H is selected, the relay will operate if the temperature relay is activated when the temperature rises to the set value. 2 °C, increment 0.1 °C. For example, if the value is set to 2 °C, and the operating temperature is 20 °C and the mode is H, then at a temperature of 22 °C, the thermostat will turn off the heating, and at a temperature of 18 °C it will turn on the heating. -45 °C to 110 °C, default 110 °C, step 1 °C.P3 - Lower temperature limit Set the lower temperature limit value from -50 °C to 105 °C, default 110 °C, step 1 °C.P4 - Temperature correctionIn this section, you can calibrate the thermometer readings, provided that you have a reference thermometer, the value is from -7 to 7, the default is 0, the change step is 1.P5 - Relay turn-on delayHere, the turn-on delay is set to 0 ... 10 minutes. P6 - Upper cut-out temperature setting menu for setting the alarm overtemperature from 0 °C to +110 °C, default is OFF.
