The best thing about this system is that it's scalable from small offices all way up through commercial buildings like those in my town which are around 100 units each (which amounts out at over 20 acres). It was quite expensive as well so make sure what kind of return potential there will be before purchasing; otherwise I would recommend finding something else if possible since they have been known not deliver when promised by their sales people who promise great things but never come true!
