Seems well done. No standard wiring.

Although it is described as metal, I was kinda expecting plastic. It looks solid and well made. The wires are very small and the colors are not standard for US wiring, I had to guess what is "hot" or "neutral". FYI (nothing to do with the light itself), the way the light is emitted shows even the tiniest imperfections in the wall, nails that stick out slightly, aren't perfectly aligned, etc.

Only one decent little wall lamp in stock!

I was thrilled when I found this compact lamp for a dark hallway where my access to the attic is. It was an awful light that bothered me when I lowered the attic ladder if I hadn't removed its shadow first. Eventually there was an emergency in the attic and I rushed down the stairs without removing the lampshade, destroying the light. The headlights look great! Tedious installation

Lamps look great but installation is difficult. The wires are thin and not strong. Be very careful with the ground wire as it can easily come off and you will have to reinstall it. The light does NOT work with all dimmers. The dimmer I installed turned the flash on when it was off. I switched the dimmer to a smart switch anyway, so everything worked fine. Excellent accent lighting, accurate description; Lost 1 star due to instructions

It would look really good in a different setting - I'm sure. One star off for the instructions. They come on a tiny piece of paper and contain few details. If you don't know anything about the wiring in your home, have a licensed electrician do the installation for you. Overall I think this is a good solid build with accurate (warm white) LED light. It looks like it's made from a single piece of extruded aluminum (ad says it's die-cast) - an elephant could probably stand on it and not hurt it…
