Worked on converting my old comfortable 7 year old Plantronics qd HW361 headset to a USB compatible set. Good built-in volume control and mute button with backlight.

I started working from home and had my own Plantronics headset but no adapter. I'm so glad it worked out great and I think it was a great price considering my headset was 100.00.

I bought this to see if it would work with my Plantronics EncorePro HW 520 headset. Now I have a very light gaming headset. The sound quality is good and clear. The quality of the microphone is excellent. My son is still trying to take it away from me. It doesn't work at all.

I have my cable and if you look at the end it is looped to make it look longer. Now that I have it, it's much smaller and doesn't even wrap 1 loop. I feel ripped off with this baby umbilical cord. He's skinny too. I'll probably bust it in a few days how short and flimsy it is.

Purchased for use with Plantronics HW540 EncorePro Headset (B00NBB5AUK) Hangs heavily on phone, gets very static with every movement. From the outside, it makes a well-made impression. just doesn't work for us. A small 3-5 inch straight cable adapter would be ideal. Looking for one, tried two that didn't work. I do not recommend.

I use it with my cheap Best Buy headset. I'm not making enough money at work from Plantronics OEM headsets. Works perfectly. You may need to try a few different headsets to make sure there are no feedback issues (look for a headset with a good directional mic). I urge anyone who works in a call center to stock up on their own headphones to avoid ear infections.

Easy and pleasant to walk on. The cord's strength was accidentally tested when our dogs repeatedly trampled on it during our Saturday car ride. I wouldn't recommend testing it yourself to this extent, but know that it will most likely pass the test, as it did for me. Update: Still going strong a year later. Connected to a 3.5mm 1/8 inch 4 pin AUX stereo audio headphone adapter cable to reduce connector wear and tear. Cheaper to replace the adapter.

Works great with Plantronics HW720 after a few uses. I'm buying another one for my other device so I can easily turn it on and off like I would in a call center. What I couldn't get used to right away was the flashing speaker button. When the speaker is disabled, that's the only time it's disabled. The mute button works just as well, but the volume never worked, so I'm tweaking it on the computer anyway. Maybe only some headsets support that, but it doesn't matter. If the mic is static it may…
