Works great with app etc, but you need a very thin case, and the iPhone 8 Plus needs one, otherwise it's too loose. Doesn't work with iPhone SE, app works but phone is too small.

Great product. The only issue we found was why the battery isn't rechargeable. The battery is included but when present it is very difficult to find. For the price, the battery should be rechargeable.

Done Works well, if a bit slow in low light. It pushes the pocketability of my 7 plus and I have to say it's even uglier in real life than advertised. A slimmer design like the Leica T would suit the iPhone rather than the pseudo-retro. BUT I knew this when I bought it and most importantly it makes the iPhone way better as a camera. Feels plastic, but is well made.

I've only had a day to play around and I think this will up my photography game as I'm a bit of a lazy photographer who doesn't like to take my DLSR everywhere but always put myself in situations finds in which I want to, so that I can take it with me. The product is very well designed and thought through and has the feel of a real DSLR camera. What I liked the most was the maneuverability. The controls are very well placed. The front button can be made with better keystrokes. Unfortunately I have to say that my iPhone 7 plus gets very hot when using the app and the device, which is very annoying. Can the manufacturer explain why? I should speak to Apple to see if this is a device error.

I thought it would be a good idea to replace the real camera as it is advertised as 'replace your SLR DSLR'. She has some quirks. You still need to secure the open side because this phone model is too heavy to hold in hand and if you touch the open side you will burn your finger because the phone is too hot. At first glance, this looks like the perfect replacement for carrying a camera, but I reclaimed it after spotting some issues that I was certainly not alone in having. When I tried to use it, I found that there were some issues with the design that weren't unique to me. If you use the slide adjustment to insert the phone, it doesn't slide out the same way, gets stuck and needs fiddling with. I love this unit! and I bought my own iPhone 7 Plus so I could always have a decent camera with me, however I was frustrated by how clumsy it was to hold this slippery phone with two hands and try to find the tiny side buttons or press the button on the screen right spot.
