This thing is great for keeping files private to share with my clients in real time. It takes to long to make changes but if you want to be able to do anything it can take forever. I also dislike that there aren't any additional features such as being able too print off files or send files via email without having to load them into another program like word if they are still saved in this application. I love that they offer sooo many different sizes! They are relatively easy to use in general but for something like disk-o-tape it can be tricky - some people have trouble learning how everything works without having someone there helping them. We're using this with our employees at my work to archive important documents (ie old resumes) into their own drive space instead of simply deleting them every time we need space for a new document.
