My grandson came to visit from Sweden. Large flash fan, 3 1/2. He insists that there is only one difference from 3. My only option before making this purchase is to order from the UK or Swedish website. which I use often. This hat costs $45 when then purchased. So that's the deal. Needless to say, the whole class will be the envy of him when he gets back to school next week.
