We ordered a large quantity of these handles for a commercial project and thought we were getting a great deal based on the price. However, upon receiving the order we immediately noticed the poor quality of the black paint. In addition to this, most of the handles had defects on the thread inserts. Overall, these handles did not meet our pro millwork standards. We do not recommend to buy.

I really lucked out with these handles! Not only the price but the quality. Previous reviews mentioned the screws not threading properly, the only way I could see this happening is if the door you are mounting it to is too thin. My door is 1 3/4" and it threads perfectly, with room to spare if the door was thicker. If you can catch these via Prime (I did thankfully) you are in luck, otherwise you'll have to wait 3-6 weeks to receive.

I really like this handle, and the fact that it's double-sided. Our barn door is really big and heavy, so I appreciate having a good grip to open and close it from either side. It was easy to install, and a nice heavy quality for a really reasonable price, especially when comparing to what the barn door websites are selling. My minor complaint was the finish - it wasn't very black, more charcoal grey so it didn't match my barn door's sliding hardware. We just spray painted it black and it looks

This is a nice product with one caveat. They powder-coated the bolts which makes tightening them impossible. We soaked the ends in a paint remover and brushed it with a wire brush which did the trick, but it was a bit of a pain. There was one part also that was slightly bent, so the there could be issues with quality. Overall, though, it was a good value for the money. Don't need to buy new hardware; just need to get that paint off. I bought two sets and would do it again.

Looks beautiful on my custom doors my dad made for me. Color matched the sliding door hardware perfect too. I liked that these were simple and the same on both sides. Study & heavy duty. Tip: be sure you measure . measure again and then drill in as level as you possible can. We had to do a little finagling on one of them but it finally got on the door and looks great.

This barn door handle is exactly what we were looking for. The quality and appearance are great. The ease of installation is even better. This handle does not require any notching — just drill two holes, insert bolts and tighten — that's all it takes. Great product!

Nice, industrial look for a barn door in my basement. It’s easy to install, but it doesn’t come with instructions, so you need to be a little bit handy and have the right tools. Needed a drill, set of bits, and socket wrench set.

Love these! Excellent quality! They are a little heavier than a typical door handle, but that's what I wanted so that's not a negative whatsoever. Solid iron, rustic, and very attractive. Very easy to install. Would buy these again with no hesitation

Really finished out barn door project nicely. Be aware that the inside piece needs to be mortised into the door. Still great looking and made of quality materials and finish.

Wanted to like this but no instructions and no drill guide. Therefore it just didn’t line up properly and the one side sticks out and looks terrible. If you are a pro you will love this but if not, it is just too difficult. They should change the design or provide a drill guide.

This handle is the perfect size for an over sized barn door, ours is 8ft. so it was difficult to find something that was to scale. It's perfect and works great.

Great product, fast shipping, well packaged. Exactly what I was looking for. A great mix of modern and rustic for a slide barn door. I bought the 2 sided, but went to home depot to purchase screws to use each half of handle on 2 different barn sliding doors. For $17 ($34/2) a piece you can not find anything close to quality or size of these anywhere.

Love the rustic look. Gives my bedroom a lot of character . barn door leads to walk in closet. Be sure to also purchase a door stopper on the bottom so the door doesn’t fly out. Also, you only need to purchase one handle if your closet door is flush like mine.

Bought this set for a barn door I made. They look and feel great. My set did not have any of the problems others mentioned in regard to the screws not threading in. I routered a shallow channel for the finger pull side of the handle but I don't think it is necessary since the finger groove is only about 1/16th of an inch deep.

This looks great once it's installed but the powder coating is way too thick on the bolts and will NOT thread. It was a nightmare but we made it work. Someone not handy wouldn't of been able to use the bolts. Definitely a design flaw! I also ordered the steel version and had no problem. I'll rate them 5*

High quality handle. Sturdier and larger than expected but fits the industrial look well for a bathroom door. Placed it on a frosted glass door, easy install but no instructions included. Straight forward as long as you are comfortable with a drill bit and know how to size the bit appropriately.

I bought this handle for a barn door I had installed in my office. the barn door i installed works perfectly and smoothly on the tracks, and we don't have a huge amount of usage of the door.but after a scant few months - the HANDLE LITERALLY BROKE OFF IN MY HAND. It broke right at the welded joint that connects the handle to the flat portion. Now I can't return it - but WOW, what a waste of money. :(

This handle is incredible. Yes, the bolts are VERY tight, and I really had to crank on them to get them to tighten up, but eventually they did. Very well made, I'm super impressed. Looks absolutely wonderful, and I have no doubt it will last longer than the door.
