Really cheap. The Ford ends tend to not mate with the plugs at all and you have to fiddle with them for 10 minutes to keep from pushing the pin out of the plug. I literally threw them away and hardwired them after I got pissed. (I install 3-5 stereos and systems a week. There are much better brands for literally $3 or $4. Spend EXTRA

Pros
  • Nice to use

  • Everything is good

Aftermarket Door Speaker Wiring Harness for 2013 Mazda 5.

I used these to connect my Alpine speakers to a 2013 Mazda 5. At first I thought I bought the wrong wiring harness as I couldn't connect it to the car's wiring harness connector on the first try. However, I quickly found that the pins needed to be straightened (or aligned) by about 1-2mm. After a bit of tweaking, the ports worked as expected.

Pros
  • GOLS Certified
Cons
  • Frequency

Makes life easy good for car electronics accessories

They fit me perfectly. I wanted to switch to high quality speakers and this made things easier. I replaced the stock Ford 6x8 speakers and instead of cutting and splicing the old ones I just popped them into the new speakers and it was plug n play. The only issue I had was that the smaller connector to the speaker was a bit loose. I just squeezed it with pliers and it stayed fine. And the polarity was correct for my application, I didn't have to swap the wires. I would recommend them.

  • Quality construction

It worked for me - barely

They worked very well. Put them in a 2001 F-250 diesel truck when I replaced all the speakers and the head unit for the long drive from Utah to Texas to Oklahoma and back to Utah. I bought two sets of two as all the factory speakers were the same. Two of the clips snapped fully into the factory wiring, and the other two made enough contact for the speakers to work, but they weren't fully secured. hope no problem later. They worked for months in a previously hardly used car.

Pros
  • While satisfied
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Worked on a 2000 Ranger

I bought these to replace the stock speakers on a 2000 Ranger to keep the stock wiring. While they work, they're difficult to snap into place, and if for some reason you need to remove the clips after installing them on the speaker, you'll probably have to squeeze them a bit. But for the price and without having to splice speaker wire, this is a good buy.

Pros
  • Car Electronics Accessory
Cons
  • Some little things

I bought this to install a JL 6x8 speaker kit in my 2004 F150. The speaker end of these adapters fit snugly into the aftermarket speaker jacks, but they will work. I then plugged the other end into my factory wiring harness and it was very tight, I even pulled it out a few times to make sure there wasn't a crooked/bent pin preventing it from snapping into place. I was able to connect it until it clicked. I then turned on the radio to play music by mounting the speaker in the door and kept…

NOT ONE ending fits right! BIG waste of time and money!

I gave 1 star because the Ford connector ends fit my car and it's the lowest price you can afford. I'm a retired mechanical engineer and chief mechanic, so I haven't had any issues with the product due to lack of knowledge or experience. Just for reference, this is the 2011 Ford Escape they are going to and my aftermarket speakers are Rockford Fosgate. product/B00GLUZUUI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ] 1. Problem: They look good out of the box, but the crimped sockets that slide…

Pros
  • Radio Wiring Harnesses
Cons
  • Not bad
