My truck is back on the track!

I had my doubts when it arrived but it worked great! Very happy with it! I had to replace the old one after 320,000 miles due to a coolant leak. It didn't need spacers, so I was a little lyrical. In the end everything just installed and works great.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • There are defects

Something is wrong with this intake manifold

The injectors do not go deep enough into the manifold to install the fuel rail to align the mounting points. These are the same injectors that I removed from the other one. I'm not a professional mechanic but it's a pretty easy job. Tomorrow I'll call the tech support company, maybe I'm just dumb enough to do something wrong, but I'm really not waiting for his manifold to be disconnected because the holes weren't drilled big enough for something

Very nice one piece design.

I took a chance buying this manifold and it paid off. Love the one piece design and built in seals. Simplified installation. After installing new ignition coils and this manifold, the truck woke up. I've also noticed a huge increase in fuel economy. The manifold comes with screws to secure the vacuum mounts as well as the coils in their respective locations. It is recommended to use the old manifold bolts, but I advise you to buy new ones and please, just in case. If you love all good things…

Negotiate an OEM intake manifold with a Ford dealer, pay 100 extra!

processed cheaply. You can bend the plastic at the bottom just by pressing with your fingers. The way they welded the top to the bottom has big gaps in between. Self-tapping screws are a time bomb for solving road problems. The hex on top of the self-tapping screws used to hold the coil packs has a small surface and is rounded on top, making it difficult to grip the socket. The throttle body bolts were difficult to install, I even tightened them to the hilt. Too bad it's made in the USA. I…

Good price! Outstanding result!

I've been driving my truck for a month now after the repair. The intake manifold had to be replaced due to a coolant leak. I replaced the distributor at Bob's my Shop, a very reputable store in Lake Havasu City, where I live. The coil packs were replaced with an intake replacement. My truck runs like new again and they haven't had a single problem replacing the new intake. The labor cost for the entire job was $700. use to do this job sometime. My body is very broken now so I can't do this kind

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks

Waste of time, poor quality, choose another brand

I have installed several of these aftermarket intake manifolds over the years and understand some of the issues that come with missing CV threaded inserts. and fuel rail. This was my first time buying DNA vehicles and I would recommend you stay away from this brand. I had just tightened the first round of the mounting bolts to 18 inches and was starting the second round at 18 ft lbs when the ring in the manifold collapsed before my torque wrench reached 18 lbs! Never, ever has this happened to…

Easy to install and works great.

A general fault has occurred on my intake manifold. Everything disassembled and ordered. There were enough positive reviews and I decided to take a chance. I wanted to follow those who were in the same boat. Gaskets are integrated into the design, which greatly simplifies installation. The screws for coils and some brackets use self-tapping screws in a plastic case. Just make sure they aren't too tight. The fuel rails were perfectly aligned and I replaced the o-rings since I had removed the…
