I like how easy it was to use once you get used to navigating around in there - very intuitive! It's pretty much perfect for my needs so far as workflow goes (though we're still trying out some new features). I like how easy it was to navigate through all of my medical records in one place. It also has some great features for creating documents as well. The only thing i dislike about docfinity is you cant create your own templates because theyre too complicated; however, this can be easily fixed by purchasing their premium version which includes these custom templates. I like how it's easy to build forms for our customers' benefit as well has their own use in terms of tracking patient data etc., also having access from anywhere with internet makes things easier than ever! The price can be off putting but there are other products out here which offer similar services without charging so much (like Zoho). We've been able solve some problems we were facing previously using docfinance where before they would have taken weeks or months just by going through manual
