This cream might be more medicinal, but it feels so wonderful it rivals some of the best cosmetic skin creams. It's quite thick, but spreads easily and absorbs well. After rubbing it into the skin, the skin becomes very soft and smooth. I love this cream. It is a very good moisturizer and smells very fresh and wonderful. Another reviewer said it was grainy, but I didn't experience that. It's pretty smooth.
