We have a new puppy. Pug/chihuahua mix and she loves to chase our chickens but we don't like it and neither do the chickens. This collar quickly solved the problem. The collar is very easy to use and comes already paired with the controller. I had to contact customer service via email and received a quick and very polite response. We have used several training collars over the years and I would highly recommend this one.

I bought this for my 5 lb year old Chihuahua who has trouble remembering and climbing the street fence. The fit is the best I've seen after trying 4 different brands. The receiver is the smallest I've seen but still big on its frame. I wish the vibration function was adjustable - I think that would do. Kick setting 1 is too low, but 2 seems too strong. Vibration allowed to achieve stable results. This collar is the best I have seen for a very small dog.

Missing dog training feature. The shock MUST emit an audible signal immediately prior to the shock. Then the dog associates "beep” with bad. You can then use the beep only mode after a week of shock and beep training. The lack of that sonic shock combo means you will never teach your dog to be afraid of the horn and makes this whole collar 100% useless. I bought a dog training collar on February 23, 2021 and I really liked it. The level 2 collar was the perfect tool to train my Sish Tzu with buzzing noises and sometimes vibrations (I've never used electric shocks). After two months, the collar will no longer charge. Perfect for my 11lb Chihuahua. It howls and never stops unless wearing a bark collar. I tried different types but either the receiver was too big or the collar was plastic. This receiver is the perfect size and the neck strap is nylon.
