2007 CRV Rear Nozzle 100%

Exactly what my 2007 CRV needed, the part was perfect, easy to install, the only problem was removing the fairing to do the proper installation. Saved me time and money

Cons
  • Legacy model

Easy to install windshield washer

The rear windshield washer on my SUV broke and my fiancé was able to replace it with this very simple one. Great value for money. 5 star cart now please

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Minor things

Perfect part - fitting can be tricky

'Easy to install' will depend on the make/model of car you are fitting it into. On my 2007 Honda CRV, considerable interior trim removal was required to access the rear of the injector. After replacing the nozzle and reconnecting the washer water supply line, I had to reinstall this entire interior trim.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Not all will fit

Nut is difficult to screw on

Nut is difficult to screw on plastic threads. You can't do that manually. You need someone to hold the nozzle on the outside of the jar while you try to tighten the inside of the jar. It is installed but requires a socket to tighten the nut. Try the nut by hand a few times to make it easier. Better yet, go with the original Honda. This is made in China.

Pros
  • GOLS certificate
Cons
  • Working speed

It just works for spares

Installed in less than 5 minutes on my daughter's 2007 Honda CR-V. No problem. May not be the same size as the original. The original was hit in a car wash, so no comparison, but the markings on the rear window were slightly larger. As for the reviews saying they cut the strings of the new one. I smeared the threads with some silicone and hand tightened them as tight as I could, then used the socket. There are no thread problems at all. Maybe they didn't make sure they screwed it in properly…

Washer nozzle failure: Spare parts

As I said, installation without a transverse thread is impossible, even if I try on both parts in my hand right in front of my face, the thing just doesn't go straight. I accepted the fact that installing it would ruin the threads and found that it would only work if my wife sat inside with a ratchet to tighten it while I held the outside with pliers as gently as possible. Unfortunately, because you're breaking the threads, it takes a lot of force to hold them in place while the person inside…

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not without risk
