Fits 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander GT

After I used another aluminum flat washer the slow dripping of the oil stopped. This washing machine has the same dimensions as the OEM version but costs a lot less.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Quality

Leak Free Washer Only on a 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander

Various brands of crush washers including a similar alternative to Dorman were causing incessant leaks. Absolutely no leaks with this one being a bit thicker than the others. Make sure the flat side faces the oil drain plug head and the rounded side faces the oil pan hole.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Repair

Do not use on Evo 8.

I think it's usually a good product based on the reviews so I don't want to ruin his review. It shouldn't work with Evo 8? I'm not sure, but the fact is that the last oil change. I had a factory washer and it didn't leak and this oil change was the first time I've used this washer and it leaks a hell of a lot. My drain plug has an OEM oil temp gauge built in. Maybe it has something to do with that.

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • Good overall but...

Is the washer on 03 lancer leaking?

I installed this tappet you bought and it is leaking oil. I saw on the box that it says "Oversize Crush"? Why? I also noticed that there are two different sides. One side is flat and the other is rounded. Which side goes where. My understanding is that the flat part of the crush should face the bolt and be rounded towards the oil pan. Thought this would help anyone install it, thanks. **Update: A blast washer was installed with the rounded side facing the socket opening and the flat side facing

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Has defects

Prevents oil leakage - Gaskets

I used this on my wife's Yamaha V-Star 650 with an M14 drain plug. I was replacing an existing washing machine that had apparently been used multiple times by the previous owner. The bike didn't leak much, but enough to cause oil to pool on the drain plug and frame rails. I used one of those Dorman washers on my last oil change and it stopped the leak. I like this particular design because I think they actually compress and seal better than plain washers, but they really should be replaced atโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Fits
