🚪 Dorman 702-001 Front Door Panel Install Kit for Specific Model Compatibility Review

Would have given five stars but one of these broke very easily which shouldn't have happened, now I'm missing one but won't order another set for just one.

The diameter of the section that attaches to the door panel is larger than standard. Almost impossible to attach to the plate. Fits perfectly in the hole in the door. They appear to be more durable than stocks.

I removed the door panels on my 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT to upgrade the door speakers and in doing so I broke the factory clips, the panel was not 100% preserved. . I ordered these clips and they fit perfectly and the problem is solved.

They match our 2008 TrailBlazer LT perfectly and also have a black cushion to hold things tighter and less rattling. Not sure if the ones I took off were original or not but they didn't have the black washer you can see in the picture so these are better than this one.

The previous owner of my 2006 Trailblazer had all the 'Mr Fix' on the door lock for some reason. As a result, he managed to crack the frame of the handle, breaking some of the latches and making every key you put in lockable. Being more mechanical by nature, I decided to fix the costly mistake myself. They fit well and are really good quality and no longer sag or flap when I close the door.

The triangular end is the same length as the OEM brackets but the base is much longer and has a larger diameter. I wish there weren't 100 different types of servants. It's a real pain to find the ones that fit. Local auto parts stores won't help. The lack of GM part numbers for the brackets makes this extremely difficult. I'm not sure if they fit the front and rear side door panels, but they definitely don't match the rear tailgate panels.

everything is good in the pictures but the hard plastic parts are brittle, everything breaks when the door panel is removed. Worse, they are very difficult to remove, most of the time they stay in the door when the panel is removed (and this puts stress on the interior panel, can even damage it). The cost of such a panel can exceed $400. So, horrible, horrible, horrible product. (The ones on Ebay are basically just as bad.) There are others on Revain that are flexible, that's the key.

Looks like the same thing happened to me as Myi's previous review dated 20 March 2019 item in item description shows the spacing between steps is the same. However, the item I received shows a larger gap between the top and second tiers than between the second and third tiers. This element does not allow a tight fit because there is too much space between the first and second rung. My door panel comes off every time someone tries to open the door. Please send me the correct pegs as specified in
