Better insulated than OEM

This connector is better insulated than the stock headlight connector on my Nissan Sentra 07. There are gaps in the plastic of the original connector which allowed a short to eventually melt it and it was an exceptional one Substitute. No more intermittent or dim headlights.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Some minor issues

Replaced by OEM part $80

OEM is $80. I bought it anyway. because it can hurt. My light has already gone out. I put that in the old wiring and boom. everything worked like clockwork. I have a 2017 Jeep Wrangler. I highly recommend this part.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Generally OK but...

Worked flawlessly on my 2005 Jeep Liberty. Blinker

Worked perfectly for my 2005 Jeep Liberty turn signals. Ease of installation. The wire must match in position, not color. I used a heat gun and a low temperature marine/automotive waterproof insulated connector for a watertight and secure connection. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01DPS8DPM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03__o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Light, fast, waterproof, perfect fit.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Nothing here

Better than new for parts

Although the color code on the wires is not the same as my 2012 Jeep JKU, the connector works fine on my Jeep! The wires were long enough to get the job done right! All you have to do is match the wires from the old connector to the new connector, solder them together, and then apply heat shrink tubing for final installation. Better than new! I would use them again if needed. Enough to buy 2 more as a spare for my wife's jeep if she ever needs them.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Low repairability

Hold your OEM sockets

I bought a set of 2 of these. I immediately noticed that the plastic feels much harder than the factory ones. This results in the contacts in the socket not making good contact, it heats up and the ground contact melts. I ended up with (2) tickets with no headlights. As a last resort, I cut some copper wires and stick them in the connector to fill in the dead space. The socket became much tighter on the lamp. I didn't have to develop solutions when this company pays engineers to develop this…
