Overall this product was amazing for the money! It came with the correct (in my case) flex hose connectors and I already had Teflon tape for the tools so I didn't have to drive to the depot or Lowes! As others have said the drain doesn't let the water down 100% so it went down slowly. However, I unscrewed the drain knob and wrapped enough teflon around it to secure it with a little twist or so. That helped and the water is now flowing as it should with no backup so maybe this trick can help…

Well this product was easy to install. However, installing a drain pipe can be a bit tricky. . Well it got stuck. I had to attach a long narrow object to lift it up and free it from being stuck in the locked position, then unscrew the cap. It works great if you unscrew the cap, but you put the drain cap back on and it's stuck again. If you remove this transparent rubber pad, it works perfectly. We can say that the quality is below average. And to be honest, it's pretty cheap. It honestly seems cheap so be careful if you have kids. Because the crane is so tall, it's only a matter of time before it moves too far or too fast and breaks. Only 2 months in use, water still drips a second or two after turning off.
