🔳 Brushed Nickel Twill Decorative Wall Plate for Questech Double Rocker Light Switch Cover with Metal Finish Review

Found this product on Revain after purchasing others of the same style locally. I needed this style to complete my remodel and none of the local dealers had it.

Bought this rocker for the hallway. I previously bought this pattern for the master bedroom and loved the look so much I recreated it in the entryway.

Love the color and style of this light switch cover. It has a nice texture, almost woody. Installation is a bit fiddly. Be very careful when inserting the screws as they break easily if you press hard.

We received this for a bathroom renovation and it wasn't metal at all. Part of it was plastic and the other part was either plastic or some other material that could be easily broken with minimal effort. Not at all what we expected.

I also bought 2 identical socket covers. I really like them but they don't fit properly and don't fit snugly on the wall. Luckily I ended up leaving them because their location doesn't make them too noticeable and I have night lights that hide imperfections.

The plates are beautiful but darker than the picture of the brushed nickel at the time of purchase which I ordered to match my faucet have. The color of the faucet is brushed nickel, like everything else in my bathroom, so I'll be happy to change the plates :(

They look nice but are DEFINITELY not metal. I've installed panel/outlet covers throughout the house (I ordered most of these from Wallplatesonline.com - they have a huge selection and great quality products which are real metal btw) so I'm fine. - recognizes the difference in this moment. Again, they look nice, but for $10 each, don't expect metal.

Returned - Made of plastic, with a thick black backing that is visible from the side. They in no way look like they are metal or even some kind of metal composite as the description states, they look and feel exactly like plastic. Brushed nickel is simply a pattern applied to the surface. Disappointed, certainly not suitable for the higher class.

The plastic coating applied to the back makes the panel too thick. The screws should be an eighth of an inch longer. In addition, if there is a dimmer, the thick plate prevents you from being able to turn the dimmer on and off. I removed the back plastic cover (easy to do) and it worked. I don't know why there is a pad because without it the plate is strong and I've used metal switch plates for decades with no bump issues.
